Discovery Den School Policies
General Policies
1. Enrollment & Tuition
- Enrollment is secured once all required forms are completed and the supply fee is paid.
- Your child is registering to attend preschool for the full year: September 1, 2026 to May 13th, 2027.
- Tuition is due in advance on the fifth of each month. Payments are not altered for weeks with less/more preschool days, they are simply an annual fee broken down into 9 monthly payments.
- Tuition is to be paid in cash or via Venmo (@discoverydenpreschool).
- Tuition is charged monthly and is not prorated for absences, holidays, illness, weather closures, or vacations.
- Late payments may result in a late fee or loss of enrollment.
2. Attendance & Absences
- Regular attendance is encouraged to help children feel secure and successful.
- Parents should notify us as soon as possible if a child will be absent.
- Tuition is not refunded for missed days.
- Repeated or excessive absences may result in a review of enrollment.
